Acquirer controls for Visa Direct:

Visa Direct rules include, but are not limited to, requirements that acquirers ensure that all senders:

• Satisfy applicable money licensing requirements
• Satisfy applicable KYC and screening obligations such as OFAC
• Incorporate sender data and implement velocity controls

Additionally, a Visa Direct acquirer must:

• Appropriately vet new clients
• Submit a Programme Information Form to Visa for all new or changed programmes
• Monitor fund senders to ensure compliance with Visa and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
