Simply download the xperience with the ENTERTAINER mobile application (App) from the iOS or Android store and register using your email address and mobile number.

It costs nothing to join xperience with the ENTERTAINER – simply follow the below steps and start enjoying the benefits.
- Click ‘Register’ on the bottom of the app home screen and enter the requested details.
- You will receive an email to confirm the registration of your xperience with the ENTERTAINER account.
- Click on the link within the email where you will be requested to input your 16-digit Visa card number. We ask this to verify that you are a Visa cardholder and the card type to determine your xperience with the ENTERTAINER tier status. We do not store card details, and all data is entirely secure.
- Once your Visa card is confirmed, you are registered and ready to start saving! Click on ‘Open App’ which will re-open the app. Once the app has opened will need to input your date of birth, nationality, and gender – this will allow us to better personalize your xperience experience!
- Click ‘Register’ on the bottom of the app home screen and enter the requested details.

You can view merchants filtered by category and location, as well as search for specific merchants, offers and hotels. Enter your search terms in the fields and see which all merchants and offers are available to you.

2-for-1 Offers are valid for one year, running from January 2nd until December 30th each year, excluding public holidays and other specific days – all of which are mentioned in our Rules of Use within the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app

Our Offers have very few restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which public holidays by location.

A maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers can be used at one time. You can use one 2-for-1 Offer per 2 people and a maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers for six guests.
In most cases, you must be using one 2-for-1 Offer for at least two persons visiting with any of our merchants – Beauty & Fitness 2-for-1 Offers can be redeemed both times by the same person.

We’ve made our 2-for-1 Offers super easy to redeem. Simply follow the below steps:
- When requesting your bill notify the merchant that you intend to redeem an Offer using your xperience with the ENTERTAINER app
- Tap on the 2-for-1 Offer you wish to redeem
- Ask the merchant to enter their PIN

Great news, we’re bi-lingual! Use your xperience with the ENTERTAINER app in either English or Arabic.

To log in on another device, simply download xperience with the ENTERTAINER from your mobile application store. Once installed, you can log into your account on one device. If you log in on another device, it will automatically sign you out of the old one. Ensure that you use the same credentials to log in.

We advise our customers that they should share their account with trusted family members, however, should you need to log someone out of your account you can log into your account and select ‘Change Password’.

Uh oh, forgot your password? No worries! Simply tap on ‘Forgot Password’, and you’ll receive an email from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

Yes, to redeem all Offers within the App, you will need to be connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate Offers within the xperience with the ENTERTAINER App.

Yes, you can easily access the our Rules of Use from each Offer in your App and via the profile settings in your App.
